1. 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet strict commercial, hygienic, and safety requirements:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, unopened (with the factory cellophane seal fully intact), and with all its original tags.

  • It must be returned inside its original brand packaging.

  • You will also need to provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team via email at: dubaiperfumes.us@gmail.com.

  • Return Address: All approved returns must be shipped back to our logistics facility in Miami: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS / DORAL WAREHOUSE].

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Critical Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving a formal return authorization via email will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us right away at dubaiperfumes.us@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by arranging a replacement or a shipment correction at no additional cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict transport safety regulations regarding flammable liquids and the cosmetic/hygienic nature of personal care goods, specific restrictions apply:

  • Opened Liquids / Altered Fragrances: Because perfumes are legally classified as hazardous materials and flammable liquids, we cannot accept returns on any perfume that has been opened, sprayed, tested, or had its thermal cellophane wrap altered. Returns are strictly limited to fully factory-sealed products.

  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on clearance items, items purchased on sale, or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the conditions of this policy. Once the return is physically received and accepted at our Doral facilities, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the new item on our online store.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being billed and shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original sealed factory packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds and Processing Times

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and physically inspected your return at our logistics hub, letting you know if the refund was approved or denied based on the condition of the merchandise.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (credit card, Zelle, or active payment gateway) within 10 business days.

  • Banking Timelines: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account balance.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not yet seen the credit, please contact us immediately at dubaiperfumes.us@gmail.com so we can audit the status of your transaction.
