1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification automatically when your order has officially shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays or during the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Because perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as consumer commodities/hazardous materials (HAZMAT) by transportation authorities. Therefore, all shipments must travel via Ground Transportation to comply with federal safety regulations.

Standard Ground Shipping: Once processed, transit time typically takes 1 to 2 business days for local Florida deliveries and 3 to 5 business days for nationwide shipping.

3. Shipment Tracking & Delivery

4. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Due to safety regulations surrounding the air transit of fragrance products, we are generally unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses via standard methods. We strictly require a physical residential or commercial address at checkout to guarantee successful courier delivery via ground networks.
5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Carrier Issues
We take immense care in wrapping our luxury fragrance bottles with protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. However, accidents can happen.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives structurally broken, leaking, or severely damaged, please take clear photos of the outer box and the broken product immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at dubaiperfumes.us@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and file a claim with the courier to send you a replacement.

Missing/Stolen Packages: If your tracking status states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property, with neighbors, or your building's front desk. If it remains missing after 48 hours, contact the carrier directly to open an investigation, and notify our team so we can assist you throughout the process.
